My journey started long before I became a coach. I wasn’t born strong — I built myself through discipline, consistency, and years of studying what really works. Over time, I transformed my own body and realized something powerful: anyone can transform with the right structure and the right guidance.
That mission became the foundation of Neil Pro Fitness.
Today, I create follow-along programs, structured routines, and step-by-step fitness plans designed for real people with real lives. No fancy gym. No complicated machines. Just effective training, proper coaching, and a commitment to long-term results.
